Here it is, the end of November and I guess I can say “mission accomplished”. I set out to blog every day for the month of November and I used soup as a muse to show up at the page every day. For those of you who like all their soup recipes in one place, I’m compiling a downloadable E-book with most of November’s soup recipes along with some additional info on stocking your pantry for easy soupmaking.

Now that Turkey Day is over and December starts tomorrow, we are officially entrenched in the middle of the Holiday season.  Hanukkah starts Dec.1st, yikes that’s tomorrow!

The winter holidays are stressful for many of us. That stress combined with darker days and colder weather  create a perfect storm for poor health. I can help you keep from falling into that trap. Here’s how: starting tomorrow, December 1st, I’m going to blog every day for the next 31 days with a simple hint to help keep you healthy during this month in a series I’m calling 31 Healthy Hints for the Holidaze

Believe it or not, Holidaze is a real word.  The Urban Dictionary defines it as

the feelings of confusion and excitement people have between Thanksgiving and Christmas; the blur one feels after/during shopping for gifts in crowded retail stores with heavy holiday traffic.

I hope to help you have a better holiday season with less stress and better health. Stay tuned for the hints!
