The Top Five GM Crops are Soy, Canola, Corn, Cottonseed, and Sugar from Sugar Beets.

This includes any processed foods that contain ingredients with non-organic soy, corn, canola, cottonseed, or sugar. Look for things like “soy lecithin”, “soybean oil”, “cottonseed oil” and “high fructose corn syrup”.

This also includes any food at restaurants. Most restaurants use soybean and corn oils because they are cheaper. Even Italian restaurants use an “olive oil blend” that contains a cheaper (often GMO) oil.
