SuRu's Easy Spicy Shrimp

Seafood Magic and some garlic

We’ve been making this Easy Spicy Shrimp recipe for years and years at the Rubin Rodeo.  It is not hot spicy, its Cajun spicy! Made with Paul Prudhome’s Seafood Magic, which you can find in the spice aisle of just about any supermarket. This mix of herbs and spices does not contain any MSG, preservatives or unpronounceable ingredients.

You can turn these spicy shrimp into a meal. Simply add some sauteed greens like spinach or kale and a grain like quinoa. We had this for dinner earlier in the week when one of the Rubin gals brought her boyfriend over.

This can be served as an appetizer with toothpicks; it goes great with chips and salsa. Makes a great real food snack for a superbowl party.
