2011: The Year of the Rabbit

January is a lousy time for New Year’s resolutions. Its a long, cold and dark month. February is much better. It’s only 28 days, those days are longer and a bit brighter than January. Even though winter is still here, spring is just 6 weeks away.

Today is Chinese New Year and 2011 is the year of the Rabbit. According to Chinese astrology, the year of the Rabbit is association with home and family, diplomacy and keeping the peace.

Its easy to connect with all of these Rabbit year values. Make and eat food at home with your family. This will lead to diplomacy and peace.

If there is harmony in the house,
there will be order in the nation.
If there is order in the nation,
there will be peace in the world.
