I believe that it is not always in our best interests to go with the crowd. Asking questions and doing our own homework is key. Group think can be dangerous.  Age may have something to do with this. The older I get, the less I care about what others may think. And the more I listen to my gut.

“What is right is not always popular and what is popular is not always right.” Albert Einstein

“The person who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.”
― Albert Einstein

If you dare to be different, you’ll likely be more successful. And happier too.

Following the crowd can limit your creativity and your potential for growth. Don’t follow the crowd, let the crowd follow you instead.

Think for yourself.

Speak for yourself.

Trust yourself.
