Intaba and I are psyched to teach cooking classes!

I will be co-teaching cooking classes on Tuesday nights at the Mount Kisco Child Care Center located at 95 Radio Circle in Mount Kisco.

My work there as the food and garden coordinator of the Feed Me Fresh garden to table nutrition program brings me great joy. I often post photos of our food and garden activities on Instagram- feel free to follow me there, I’m listed as DrSuRu.

Chef Intaba Liff-Anderson is my partner in this adventure. Intaba trained at the Kushi Institute in Boston and the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health in NYC. She has owned and operated restaurants in Oregon. She has taught cooking and nutrition classes since 1990. Intaba is the head chef and kitchen manager at MKCCC.
