it’s important to connect the dots between the health of our bodies and the health of the planet. they really are one and the same. if we eat poor quality overly processed food that travels thousands of miles, we’ll have poor quality energy. if we grow our own food or purchase it from a local farmer, our energy level is different. what we eat becomes our cells, our thoughts, our energy. we are what we eat! we have to take care of our planet because its the only one we have to live on. we have to take good care of our bodies for the same reason!
